Manager, Compliance and Document Management

It’s really an honor to have been with CryoCath since its baby steps. I am the company’s 26th employee and still have fond memories of its being a small but enterprising start-up. I began as a documentalist, writing and maintaining documents and working with engineering requests. I was given responsibility for Document Control and helped build quality system procedures to assist in everyday functions and operations and ensure compliance to regulations in our industry. As the company grew and new systems were installed, my role continued to evolve, with an increasing emphasis on audits and compliance.

Over time, I’ve seen just what a company can do right to keep its people happy and motivated. People at CryoCath are dedicated to what they’re doing, and that’s what makes it such a positive environment in which to work. The “can do” attitude is infectious, and everyone here shares it.
