I’ve just celebrated my fourth anniversary with Medtronic CryoCath. I came from a hospital background, and I had a lot to learn, but it came easily for two reasons: (1) Medtronic CryoCath knows how to encourage a culture of learning among its people and (2) the nature of our products – specifically, devices that help restore a normal lifestyle to patients with irregular heart rhythms – spurs us to new heights and to keep learning.

Medtronic CryoCath is a company that gives you opportunities to grow. I started out as a Clinical Specialist in California for about a year and a half. Then I discovered and fell in love with the Carolinas and wanted to settle here. Since it was an underrepresented territory for Medtronic CryoCath, I proposed moving here and taking on both sales and clinical responsibilities. They gave me that opportunity, and I haven’t looked back. I’ve since added Tennessee to my territory.

I’m passionate about Medtronic CryoCath’s products and growing my business, and my passion and drive are truly rewarded when I see the patients whose lives are enhanced because of these products.
